Returns

Because every CROVIX product is printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Wrong size ordered by the customer
• Change of mind
• Personal preference

Eligible for Replacement

We will replace your order if:

• You receive a damaged product.
• You receive the wrong product.
• The product has a printing defect.
• The product is significantly different from what you ordered.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue

If approved, we'll send a replacement at no extra cost.
